When and how can I cancel an order?
You can only cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact us at support@tagrock.in or call our contact centre at +91 8209153918 (10 AM - 8 PM) and provide your order number.
How do I check the current status of my Orders?
In the 'My Account' section, you can track the progress of your orders as well as other relevant information. To check the status of all of your orders, go to the My Account page and click the 'My Orders' link. To check the status of a specific order, click the 'Order Number' link.
Can I order a product that is Out of Stock?
Unfortunately, the products currently listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale at this time. Please check back periodically for updates on product availability, as we strive to restock and meet the demands of our valued customers.
How do I know that my Order has been confirmed?
Once you have finished the payment procedure and an authorization has been received, you will be directed to a Thank You page on our website where you may view your Order Confirmation information. You will also receive an SMS and an email confirmation for your order at your registered mobile number and email address.
